As much as I love photography..
I'm recovering from phobia of photos. Or rather, phobia of uploading photos.
Sometimes when the fb system jams up even the tags can be gone. Plus the days of filtering and editing photos prior to uploading, surely that's not fun all the time. Too bad, I'm almost a perfectionist in this aspect and there are just certain things I'm persistent about. I didn't use to be like this though. Maybe that's how the phrase came about - when you like a particular thing you would put in all you have to make sure it turns out good. Just like how an artist is persistent about his illustrations, or a musician is persistent about his delivery, or a scholar is persistent about his knowledge.
But I do get happy and very comforted when people check out the albums and compliment the pictures :D So the hard work paid off!
Tried to organise the grad trip photos into the albums are appropriately as possible, at the same time including some shots of people in their genuine, candid state. Because I don't aim to show only the beautiful and glamourous photos, I believe in portraying natural beauty too. Sometimes natural beauty can be ugly though, just like mine :D But I still believe in it.
Woah I tell you, if someone dares to come up to me and say the photos are not enough or not nice enough, I'd tell them in a very polite manner "you try doing this yourself lor!" LOL :D
To hone my photography skills (that's if you agree with me I even have some to begin with), I intend to venture into shooting people without them posing for the camera, yet be able to capture them in a naturally glamourous state. Get what I mean right? :D So far, I find that I'm totally not good in this area. Pictures either turn out blur or the angling is all wrong.
I have a new criteria for my search for a bf, lol. He should be good in photography so that he can take very nice pictures of meeeee. Then I can get loads of photography tips from him, for free! Saves my time and effort in trying to explore by myself. And I will never have to worry about ugly and dissatisfactory bridal shots. See, killing three birds with one stone :)
i left my footprints (:
